Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS on classes will be given unless the class has been cancelled by WAHC.  Please plan your child’s classes accordingly.

General Policies

  1. No phone-in registration will be accepted
  2. All classes filled on a first  come, first serve basis
  3. No registration accepted by the instructor
  4. The Council has the right to cancel classes
  5. Classes w/o minimum enrollment will be cancelled
  6. $30 will be charged for checks returned NSF
  7. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified
  8. Children 3 years & under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian if requested by the instructor
  9. Use of photos taken during class for advertising.
