-has maintained a cumulative grade point average of at least a 3.0 (on a scale of 4.0) for the last two scholastic years

Who may apply? Organizations that provide educational or cultural arts opportunities for youth may apply. Only projects that take place in the geographic area served by Winfield Arts and Humanities will be funded.
How often may application be made? Organizations may apply once a year. An organization must skip one year if a grant was received the previous year.
What types of projects are funded? Projects considered for funding must enhance education
through the arts.
What amount may be requested? Amount available for the project is $500. A one to one match (cash or in-kind) is required. Please call Cheryl at the Arts Center if there are questions about how a project will fit our criteria.
When are applications due?
- The application must be received in the WAHC office no later than November 1
- Grants will be awarded by January 5
- Projects must take place between January 6 and December 16 of the award year.
- A final report is required and is due 30 days after the completion of the project.
What criteria are used in the selection process ?
- Value of the project
- Link between the arts and education
- Realistic budget/Realistic request
- Numbers to be served
